Setting up an account

For churches and organizations wishing to be billed for the purchase of curriculum please email us the following information:

Name of Organization

Person Ordering

Ship to Address

Bill to Address (if different than shipping)

Contact telephone number

email address of person ordering

Organization's web site (if possible)

Once we have reviewed this information we will email you confirmation of your account and an account number.  When ordering select the "email" option of payment.  Make sure to include the account number.  Terms would be net 15.
